I should probably check in every 32 weeks

I have a job now. In a pet store. I am too tired to explain, really, but my life doesn't have time for internet much anymore. sigh...I'm ready for school to be over now.

Thoughts as I clean out my inbox

WARNING-just random

Garneau was a cool professor-very French, and proud of it. Two of the profs I had for LLL 150 I've had (or have) again.
God I hated Math. Stopped coming after a while, no attendance was taken. Got an A, it's cool
Oh, honors. Oh, honors.
Apparently my work in LLL 150 was impressive. (I don't remember what was so great about it)
Oh, the days when I would help those people out that email everybody asking what will be on the exam. Now it's mostly, screw you, show up to class then
Apparently, Youtube has knowledge of a hot sex site.
Yay Spring 2007! That was the semester I think I really started enjoying myself.
Hawaiian studies was a bitch though. Damn.
8:40 conference with Howes! Just reminds me of the 7:30 Chinese class I had. Those were the days I could wake up in the morning. And English 100A was fun too. English 320 is bringing me back to those days-except a lot less writing of the papers
Astronomy Lab! I liked our Professor and TA for that class. They were fun, knowledgable, and easy-going. Thursdays were long days though. Never again am I waking up at 6:30 and going until 10. And then have to do homework.
I remember when the water main broke! River down Dole!
I wonder if that person found his missing keys...
Oh, yeah, he did.
'Olelo No'eau project. I have no idea what we did anymore.
Huh, junkmail. I usually don't get that in this account.
Yay library tour! I remember a lot of dashing around, keeping up with the professor.
OK, enough for today. I'm bored.

Feb. 27th, 2009

i carry your heart with me(i carry it in
my heart)i am never without it(anywhere
i go you go,my dear;and whatever is done
by only me is your doing,my darling)
                                    i fear
no fate(for you are my fate,my sweet)i want
no world(for beautiful you are my world,my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you

here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart

i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)

Happy Year of the OX

I found this on DeviantArt, and it's cool, so I'm using it to illustrate my point (It's here: http://naryu.deviantart.com/art/Earth-Ox-109955702)
So yeah, I'm being (mostly) vegetarian this week. I can eat chicken though. I guess chickens don't equal cows. Poor guys. We'll see how that goes.

I feel I should post something...

It's been awhile. I'm eating pure sugar (Fun Dip) when writing this, so excuse any nonsensicalities.

So as much as I like English classes, I don't feel like I fit in with the other English majors (besides the fact I'm only a minor). I mean they're nice and all, although some take themselves a bit too seriously, I just feel like I've entered a slightly different culture, as compared with my Chinese classes. I just think it's interesting. But anyway, here is how my semester is like so far:

Chinese 302 is pretty identical to 301. Same prof, many of the same classmates, so yeah, nothing interesting there.
My Chinese lit class also has the same professor, but the subject has changed to Pre-modern as opposed to Ancient. Mostly new classmates, besides one, and I feel we've entered into some sort of comradeship. This class talks more, and I'm not sure I like it. I feel like I have to step up my own game. The professor is always 5 minutes late. Always. I'm more amused than annoyed.
Early American Literature, meh. The professor is interesting, but the reading, so far, hasn't impressed me. Maybe my mind will be changed.
Emily Dickenson, same professor for this class as the last one, the readings are a bit more interesting, maybe.
Introduction to English Studies is going to be a thing. I've had this professor before (twice) so I know what I'm getting into, and I must say, I really like this one.

So, there it is...

Your most humble and obedient servant,

Oh, and P.S., Wind Day wasn't very windy. Oh well, we got the day off anyway.

Sleep? Haven't heard of it.

This is the last place to turn. Facebook is being overrun by my family members. My cousin has a deviantart. He writes stories. Jesus Christ. I'm afraid to read them. But he's more popular than I am. I'M SUPPOSED TO BE THE COOL ONE. Ok, not really, but wow....I'm getting old. I mean, shit, he has a girlfriend. I HAVE NOTHING. NOTHING. FUUUUCKK.

And yeah, I pulled an all-nighter. Yay! I have, like, so much energy now, OMG.
I suppose watching the sunrise in Hawaii isn't too bad....

OK, Last Post of the School Year

Yeah, I haven't really been keeping up with these internet things as much as I used to. Anyway, OMG I leave tomorrow!!! I'll be in Minneapolis bright and early on Saturday. WOOT! I need to catch up with my Madison friends--I've kinda been out of contact (:/ sorry). But first, I need to clean my room, pack, sell back my books, take a shower, contemplate lunch, rent a mini-storage place, and write a philosophy paper. Before 9:30 tomorrow morning. It's gonna be fun, oh yeah. The next time I get to relax is on the plane-which is fine, I guess, I'll have plenny time to relax on that thing. As long as I don't have a screaming baby next to me.
What I'm most excited about coming home at the moment though? Actual food. Like, homemade stuff. Or good restaurant food, that isn't Taco Bell. Good vegetables. Fruit. aaahhh.

I've been collecting some pictures from across the internet for you guys-it's a little late, but I hope it helps you get through these last few days of the semester.

One of these days, I'll make a real update post. Until then, here are some cats.

Major WTF

Well, they've learned to ride horses. The human race is doomed.

Music quiz thingy

Yeah, one of those
